The laundry and parking on 1st level with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, lounge and kitchen on the upper level. The master bedroom features a queen bed, en suite, and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom features a double bed and bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top bunk. Note: Air Conditioning is not included in the weekly rate and is an extra $20 per day which is payable directly to landlord upon arrival. Children accepted over 12 years.

The home is close to Sunrise Beach Bungalows for map location. The home features 4 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (converted to 1 double bed) and 1 single bed and standing fans. There are 2 bathrooms featuring private shower and toilet. The spacious lounge looks out to the lagoon and features private telephone, TV, CD and cassette player. The fully equipped kitchen features a 2 gas cook tops, microwave, fridge, large freezer, toaster, blender and all cutlery and crockery. There is a front veranda with table and chairs and hammock and back veranda featuring large picnic table and BBQ. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the driveway and several neighbourhood grocery stores nearby. The beach here is rocky and swimming limited, however, you can enjoy the marvelous ocean views, magnificent sunsets and collecting shells.
